The Role:
As a Product Specialist in the Payments Product Team within the Account & Services Vertical, you will support the end-to-end delivery of our payments products. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about working in a fast-paced product environment, eager to enhance our product offering, and committed to creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer pain points related to our payments product in the Hispanic markets we currently operate.
- Identify and promote product optimizations.
- Work with relevant internal teams (e.g., Product Owners, Operations, Customer Support, Finance) to collect data, communicate updates, and ensure alignment.
- Translate operational framework processes and requirements in the most effective way during product design and implementation.
- Collaborate with the relevant tech teams to contribute to all product operational aspects and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct regular competition analysis per market and interpret findings effectively.
- Maintain and update product metrics reports, and propose improvements that will bring significant value to the product's performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with product expertise in payments (e.g., industries such as gaming, fintech, travel, technology & information services).
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into executable products and collaborate with a wide range of teams.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing data from various sources and writing detailed product requirements.
- Proven ability to work closely with technology teams and a good understanding of the technologies used to create optimal product experiences.
- Keen attention to detail, expert-level organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written communication).

- Familiarity with extracting data from Power BI.
- Experience using Google Analytics tools.
