Role Overview: We're currently on the lookout for Virtual Case Managers. Your role? Researching, collecting, and organizing documentation for the cases you will manage.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Setting up appointments with and interviewing clients.
  2. Reading and reviewing documentation to flag any possible issues/discrepancies.
  3. Maintaining organized case files.
  4. Collecting all possible documentation, evidence, and information to build a client’s case.
  5. Using the firm’s software.
  6. Generating monthly and/or weekly reports with results.
  7. Verifying Insurance.
  8. Ordering medical records from providers and communicating with clients and providers.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 1 year of experience (related to client communication and documentation administration) and a completed bachelor's degree.
  2. Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken).
  3. Ability to multitask.
  4. Adaptability.
  5. Killer organizational and planning abilities.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Tech Savvy.
  10. Fast Learner.
  11. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  12. Phone etiquette.
  13. Stellar time-management skills.
  14. Your own reliable PC, headset, and speedy internet (at least 30MB/s).
  15. A quiet, private workspace.
