TU ROL

Es el responsable de la obtencion de costos por los servicios requeridos, velando siempre por obtener la rentabilidad que le permita al departamento maximixar sus ingresos y beneficios. Asimismo tiene la responsabilidad de la búsqueda y selección de proveedores con la finalidad de acceder a mejores oportunidades de costos sin dejar de poner enfasis en la calidad los servicios prestados. En conjunto con PM y BD estará a cargo de desarrollar politicas comerciales del departamento, monitoreo de presupuestos y forecast. Asimismo será encargado de emitir las cotizaciones a la red de oficinas CEVA y/o agentes en el exterior.

¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?

  • Cumplir las expectativas de servicio del ejecutivo de ventas/clientes a través de la obtención de tarifas y servicios desde los proveedores de la Compañía para operaciones de proyectos.
  • Proveer respuestas a requerimientos en propuestas comerciales y de servicio.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relación comercial activa con las Oficinas CEVA.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relación comercial activa con los proveedores estratégicos de la compañía.
  • Cumplir con el llenado y envío de reportes mensuales en tiempo y forma al Project Manager.
  • Cumplir con el ingreso en tiempo y forma de los contratos obtenidos desde los proveedores al sistema Freightos.
  • Apoyo en negociación con navieras, aerolíneas y proveedores locales al Project Manager.
  • Apoyo para la elaboración y presentación de licitaciones.
  • Obtención, negociación, revisión y mantención de tarifas y servicios SPOT, cuando sean requeridos de manera estratégica.
  • Efectuar el seguimiento a las propuestas de servicios y tarifas enviadas al BD.
  • Disponer de una lista de contactos actualizada de su contraparte en todas las oficinas de CEVA en las que se mantenga una relación comercial activa.
  • Disponer de una lista de contactos actualizada de los proveedores estratégicos con los que se mantenga una relación comercial constante.
  • Uso y administración de plataformas comerciales de CEVA IPES (Frieghtos – C-View).

REQUISITOS

  • Título técnico o universitario en comercio y/o transporte internacional
  • 5 años experiencia en Pricing, idealmente en aérea de Project Freight Forwarding
  • Ingles & español fluído
  • Capacidad de negociación
  • Capacidad de Planificación y ejecución de objetivos.
  • Empatía, habilidades para generar relaciones proactivas de negocios.
  • Adaptación al cumplimiento de políticas de la compañía
