This role is at the forefront of the global energy transition, directly supporting carbon reduction and sustainable development goals through cutting‑edge technology. The Role As a senior executive, you will be the primary architect of growth in the region. This is not just a sales role; it is a market‑building position . You will be responsible for defining multi‑year strategies, influencing regulatory standards, and navigating complex sales cycles—from initial pilots to large‑scale grid rollouts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and execute multi‑year booking plans to exceed budget targets and expand the regional footprint. ESG & Sustainability: Partner with governments and utilities to implement solutions that reduce energy loss, integrate renewables, and align with national net‑zero commitments. Stakeholder Leadership: Build high‑level relationships with regulators, industry associations, and government agencies to shape the future of smart grid policy in LATAM. Complex Deal Execution: Lead the negotiation of high‑value, multi‑year contracts, ensuring the value proposition is clearly differentiated against competitors. Thought Leadership: Serve as the regional "voice of the customer," providing insights to global teams to drive product innovation. Who You Are You are a proven leader with deep roots in the Latin American energy ecosystem. You understand that the utility sector requires patience, persistence, and the ability to build trust at the highest levels of government and enterprise. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of senior sales/business development experience specifically within the Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of LATAM regulatory frameworks, procurement cycles, and existing executive relationships within the region. Technical Literacy: Familiarity with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), distribution automation, and communications technologies (RF, PLC, Cellular). Language: Full fluency in English and Spanish is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
