Job Description ASP.NET VB6 Developer Work Mode : Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work) Position Overview We are looking for a senior developer with 10+ years of work experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core 3.1 with VB6 & Python knowledge responsible for designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle. Technical Skill Set Analysis Tools Crystal Reports, Kibana, PowerApps, Power Automate, R, Python, PowerBI Databases SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS Languages .Net & .Net Core 3.1, VB6, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Angular JS DevOps Tools Azure, AWS Agile Tools JIRA, Lucid, Confluence, Teams, Git, Mural etc. Responsibilities A day in the life of an Infoscion As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. You will execute the project in Agile methodology. You will provide production support with Level 2 and Level 3 support, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives You will be monitoring and releasing patches, bug‑fixes and minor enhancements. You will be documenting technical architecture of existing applications along with the workflows details. You will be defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance. You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. In‑depth knowledge of design issues and best practices Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development process.
