Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Marketing Consultant located in Santiago, with partial work‑from‑home flexibility. The Senior Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading customer engagement efforts, managing projects, and providing insights to optimize performance. The role involves collaborating with clients to enhance stakeholder relationships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of effective solutions aligned with business goals. Qualifications Strong skills in communication, including the ability to create clear, impactful messaging and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in sales and marketing, including designing strategies and implementing campaigns that achieve measurable results. Effective project‑management skills, with expertise in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives on time and within budget. Proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with sustainability and stakeholder engagement methodologies is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
