Regional Inventory Planner (Planificador Regional de Inventario)

Apoyar a la organización de ventas de Rock Tools en Sudamérica para atender a los clientes garantizando un nivel de inventario correcto en función de las necesidades del cliente y la capacidad de producción de las unidades de producción de Sandvik.

  • Apoyo en el equipo de Planificación y al Área de Ventas en la Región mediante la gestión y control del proceso de Redistribución, Retornos y Logística Inversa.
  • Coordinar con los servicios de Bodegas, Comercio Exterior y Logística en general en temas de Redistribución y Retornos de Inventarios.
  • Apoyar al Área de Ventas y Atención a Clientes en cuestiones de entrega/disponibilidad.
  • Compras operacionales (emisión de pedidos) para artículos/proveedores alternativos.
  • Compras a través de requisiciones.
  • Compras para cubrir emergencias.
  • Reposición de Inventario desde bodegas globales.
  • Gestión de pedidos (fechas de vencimiento y control de cantidad).
  • Manejo y resolución de LPS.
  • Desafiar la necesidad de fletes aéreos mediante el apoyo con soluciones alternativas.
  • Coordinar embarques desde la Unidad de Producción en Chile a países de la región en Sudamérica.
  • Soporte y punto de contacto en proceso ventas directas a terceros países en Sudamérica.
  • Participar activamente en las actividades de prevención y promoción en EHS, salud y bienestar fomentadas por la empresa o por el cliente.
  • Reportar inmediatamente cualquier incidente, accidente, acto o condición insegura que detecte, así como colaborar en la investigación y reporte oportuno del evento para su difusión.
  • Cumplir con las Reglas que Salvan Vidas, políticas, procedimientos, reglamentos y objetivos del sistema de gestión EHS salud y bienestar fomentadas por la empresa o por el cliente.
  • Responsable de corregir las condiciones y/o actos inseguros que estén al alcance del cargo o que detecte en su lugar de trabajo, atender los aspectos de salud y bienestar que le sean indicados por el organismo administrador o el médico tratante.
  • Reconocer a sus compañeros los comportamientos positivos en EHS salud y bienestar, así como también dar una retroalimentación constructiva cuando se identifiquen actos o comportamientos inseguros.
  • Cumplir con el programa de entrenamiento General aplicable para el cargo en materia de Formación Técnica, EHS, Compliance, Desarrollo de Negocio y Producto que apliquen al cargo en tiempo y forma.

Requisitos:

  • Título profesional de ingeniero ejecución, industrial, en administración, comercio exterior, logística, mecánico o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia laboral de mínimo 4 años en funciones similares en posiciones y un total de 5 años o más en funciones relacionadas.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en las distintas regiones del país.

- Disponibilidad para viajar fuera del país.
