Collaboration with internal stakeholders and continuous process improvement are key aspects of this position.
- Manage 3PL operations to ensure efficient outbound transportation, warehousing, and kitting, maintaining high service levels and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor and improve warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and order fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business demands.
- Implement and enforce logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all logistics functions.
- Optimize inventory management strategies to reduce stockouts, minimize excess inventory costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Analyze and improve logistics processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased service efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Develop and oversee quality control measures to maintain product integrity, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and mitigate risks in logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align logistics strategies with broader business goals.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing eco-friendly packaging solutions, optimizing transport routes to reduce emissions, and ensuring responsible resource management.
Required:
- Strong experience in 3PL management positions
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI
- ERP knowledge (SAP, TOTVS, JDE)
Preferred:
- Previous experience in medical device companies
