Estamos en búsqueda de un Performance Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo multidisciplinario y dinámico.

Este rol clave implica liderar la planificación, ejecución y optimización de campañas de Paid Media en diversas plataformas, como Google Ads, Facebook Ads e Instagram Ads.

El candidato ideal será un estratega digital con experiencia en análisis de datos y una sólida comprensión de las tendencias del mercado.

Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias efectivas que impulsen el rendimiento y alcancen los objetivos de la empresa.

Además, se espera que mantenga una mentalidad proactiva, manteniéndose al día con las últimas tendencias y desarrollando constantemente nuevas formas de mejorar el ROI de nuestras campañas digitales.

Funciones del cargo
Planificar y desarrollar campañas de Paid Media en Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
Instagram Ads y otras plataformas.

  • Implementar campañas de Paid Media y supervisar su rendimiento.
  • Optimizar campañas de Paid Media para mejorar el rendimiento y alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias de marketing efectivas.
  • Analizar datos de marketing para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
  • Preparar informes sobre el rendimiento de las campañas de Paid Media.
  • Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en marketing digital.
  • Planificar e Implementar Campañas Paid Media entendiendo el negocio y velando porque
se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa.

  • Realizar investigaciones de palabras clave pertinentes al negocio/servicio ya la landing
page relacionada con la campaña.

  • Crear campañas en la plataforma de Google Ads, configurando estrategias de puja,
palabras clave, audiencias y anuncios textuales.

  • Implementar bases de datos en la plataforma y configurar anuncios con enlaces a
páginas de destino relevantes.

  • Realizar análisis de palabras clave y audiencias, ofreciendo recomendaciones para
mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.

  • Debe realizar continuamente la segmentación, optimización y seguimiento de
conversiones de las campañas implementadas, Debe comprender los conceptos básicos
del marketing digital, como la segmentación del público objetivo, análisis de datos y
optimización de conversiones según los objetivos de cada campaña.

  • Es el responsable de interpretar datos, identificar tendencias y optimizar el rendimiento
de las campañas, mediante las herramientas entregadas y si es necesario validándolo
con Excel.

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Experiencia en la planificación, implementación y optimización de campañas de Paid Media en Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads y otras plataformas relevantes.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos de marketing y tomar decisiones informadas para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
  • Habilidad para colaborar con el equipo de marketing en el desarrollo de estrategias efectivas.
  • Competencia en la preparación de informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de las campañas de Paid Media.
  • Tener al menos 2 a 3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
