About the Role- Execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, showcasing expertise and a clear understanding of the importance of quality and safety.
- Service the installed base of ABB MOSE motors, low and medium voltage electric motors.
- Perform service tasks such as routine maintenance (L1, L2, L3, L4), installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Utilize the LEAP program to inspect, analyze, and optimize the maintenance of motors.
- Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Work with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.
- Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Requirements- 2-5 years of technical experience in electrical motor service/maintenance or similar positions.
- Enhanced knowledge of Electrical Motor maintenance (L1, L2, L3, L4), Low and Medium Voltage.
- Knowledge of LEAP (Life Expectancy Analysis Program), power equipment, motors analysis, and motors vibration analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Innovative and flexible, with a willingness to travel and work on critical situations.
- Availability to work on-site and provide support to other ABB global customers' sites.
- Elevated level of Service Attitude and customer satisfaction mindset focus.
