The Role
As the E-Learning Content Creator at Sedex, you will focus on designing and delivering engaging learning content in Responsible Sourcing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learning needs and develop instructional strategies.
- Design interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Create multimedia-rich content to enhance learner engagement and support learning objectives in SCORM format.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of e-learning materials and maintain the learning management system.
- Evaluate course effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proficient in creating e-Learning SCORM content and guidance videos using authoring and video editing tools.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced organization is an advantage.
- Capable of working independently and familiar with L&D frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications.
