Proporcionar liderazgo y dirección al equipo de la gerencia de proyectos delivery, dónde se gestione un proyecto de planta pilota de relaves filtrados involucrándose en todo el ciclo de vida, incluyendo el Project initiation hasta recepción de Operaciones.
El rol debe entregar los objetivos comerciales aprobados, dentro de los límites que representan el ámbito, programa, la calidad y el presupuesto, para asegurar la transición del Proyecto a Operaciones.
Acerca del rol:
- Se involucra en el estudio, desarrollo y entrega del proyecto de la cartera de la gerencia dando su punto de vista de valor.
- Gestiona la ejecución del proyecto para asegurar una entrega segura, y que cumpla con los objetivos relacionados con la calidad, programación, costo y caso comercial aprobados. Responsable por los resultados del proyecto por definición y entrega de los compromisos y posee las estructuras, políticas y prácticas para la Entrega.
- Impulsa la implementación de estrategias, metodologías, sistemas y planes de ejecución para la entrega del proyecto, incluyendo planes de gestión de riesgo y calidad, generando acciones para mitigar impactos.
- Impulsa el proceso de toma de decisiones para asegurar el avance constante del proyecto, minimizando demoras y reveses, y garantiza que las desviaciones del plan de ejecución sean gestionadas, comunicadas y rectificadas de la forma apropiada.
- Asegura la disponibilidad de recursos para progresar el proyecto a plan.
- Gestiona las relaciones externas del proyecto de forma proactiva y participa en los procesos de adjudicación para los paquetes de ejecución y/o de compra, liderando la evaluación técnica de los licitantes. Representa el proyecto a Negocios, Operaciones y otros accionistas y actúa como representante de la Compañía en lo que respecta a contratos, liderando el estudio regular del desempeño de contratistas y suplidores.
- Garantiza la cercanía de áreas tipo "Non-Delivery" del proyecto y Operaciones, asegurando que se tomen en consideración sus necesidades, horarios (sincronización), pruebas, puesta en marcha, inicialización y cualesquier otros asuntos relacionados con las operaciones, minimizando impactos al Programa Operacional.
- Impulsa la integración y la coordinación de otras aportaciones funcionales requeridas para la entrega del proyecto, colaborando y estableciendo un equipo efectivo interdisciplinario.
- Es responsable por la gestión del cierre del proyecto.
Acerca de usted:
- Titulación en una disciplina de Ingeniería o similar.
- Experiência en proyectos relaves en mineras incluyendo plantas de filtros, espesadores, tieins, correas y stackers, etc.
- Experiência en gestión de la etapa de diseño detallado
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos de Construcción más de USD 100 millones, idealmente en mineras
- Experiência en gestión de riesgos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno 4x3.
