Join us as an EMESA Digital Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist Your main mission? Handling the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires in Brazil for BCG Technology & Digital teams in São Paulo. You'll play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for BCG, taking charge of strategy implementation and enhancements. A solid grasp of target audiences and effective engagement methods are crucial. Collaborate closely with the Diversity and Equity Teams. Backed by BCG leadership input, you'll streamline processes for candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, and offer management in a fast-paced environment. Upholding top-notch quality standards and providing a positive candidate experience are paramount throughout the recruitment journey.
YOUR SKILLS
- Lead with business acumen and a proactive approach, driving projects and seeking continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks seamlessly under pressure, maintaining an efficient system.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring flawless execution even in high-pressure scenarios.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering partnerships across teams.
- Employ creative sourcing strategies and clear communication to attract top talent in competitive markets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 6 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within consulting or related tech industries.
- Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment activities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and adept at handling complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong advisory skills, offering strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
