El propósito del rol será contribuir a los sistemas, procesos y capacidades organizacionales necesarios para entregar, operar y mantener un nuevo activo.


Principales
Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar, optimizar y gobernar las estrategias de activos/mantenimiento para impulsar la mejora continua y la replicación de las mejores prácticas en activos y equipos mientras optimiza el valor a largo plazo.
  • Aplicar una comprensión de los sistemas, actividades, transferencia de riesgos y procesos clave, junto al flujo de trabajo de la operación.
  • Administrar, mejorar y proporcionar experiência en prácticas de gestión de riesgos de seguridad para mejorar los resultados y el desempeño de seguridad organizacional.
  • Desarrollar planes y programas de preparación operativos, evaluar los sistemas y procedimientos para el cumplimiento de estándares y define los requisitos de capacitación para preparar eficientemente el activo para las operaciones.
  • Realizar tareas de ingeniería, verificar metodologías de construcción y asesorar acerca de decisiones de ingeniería para proyectos en relación a los estándares de ingeniería y construcción de proyectos.
  • Emplear experiência y liderazgo en ingeniería de disciplinas específicas y relevantes para cumplir con las expectativas técnicas de BHP.
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos, toma decisiones informadas, utilizar el marco de gestión de riesgos de BHP y crear una cultura consciente de estos para respaldar resultados de desempeño seguros y productivos.
  • Planificación, seguimiento y gestión de proyectos para generar valor e impulsar el logro de los resultados.
  • Planificar y realizar análisis para respaldar la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia.
  • Diseñar e implementar mejores prácticas de gobernabilidad/garantía y procedimientos de gestión del cambio para controlar los resultados de valor en BHP.

Acerca de usted:

Requisitos:

  • Deseable título profesional en Ingeniería.
  • Experiência en aseguramiento y control de calidad de proyectos.
  • Poseer experiência en gestión de proyectos.
  • Contar con experiência en gestión de riesgos de Proyectos.
  • Altamente capacitado en excel y análisis de datos.
  • Deseable formación en metodologías de mejora de procesos.
  • Deseable nível de inglés avanzado.
  • Deseable nível de portugués avanzado.
