Buscamos a
INVESTOR RELATIONS que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.

En esta función tendrás que:

  • Desarrollar y mantener una relación fluida y permanente con los inversionistas y analistas, tanto nacionales como internacionales. Otorgando disponibilidad de todos aquellos recursos utilizados y requeridos para dar visibilidad de la información solicitada.
  • Debe generar presentaciones para posibles inversionistas.
  • Genera actividades de diversa de complejidad mayor, alto nível de análisis.
  • Reportería externa como earnings release, reportes anuales, presentaciones resultados trimestrales.
  • Foco en M&A
  • Análisis competencia industria, benchmark, generar ratios comparativos de desempeño financiero.
  • Realización de test de deterioro.
  • Evaluación ventas filiales y compra empresas en EEUU.
  • Realiza reportería en inglés

Debes contar con (requisitos):

  • Título de carrera profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresa.
  • Experiência de +6 años en área de finanzas (Investor relations,)
  • Debe tener excelentes habilidades interpersonales internas y externas. Reporta directamente a Gerencia General, CFO e interactúa con C level.
  • Inglés Avanzado hablado y escrito.
  • Excel Avanzado
  • Fin700 / SAP / otro ERP
  • Idealmente experiência trabajando en empresas IPSA.
