PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO
El Ingeniero Lean es responsable de dar soporte y gestión al desarrollo, implementación y mejora continua de la cultura y estándares corporativos y legales dentro de la Sales Area relacionados a la venta de equipos, servicios y repuestos.
Así como la gestión operativa, asistencia técnica en sucursales, contratos y talleres; mediante el desarrollo de proyectos basados en herramientas Lean para la eficiencia y agilización de los procesos de negocio.
Establecer e implementar la optimización de procedimientos operativos estandarizados (SOP), la resolución de problemas técnicos con orientación a la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos y EHS de la compañía.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Identificar y comunicar oportunamente las necesidades de mejora continua de los procesos vigentes y futuros en el área.
- Organizar, dirigir y controlar estudios de métodos y tiempos para la definición de estándares.
- Definir las alternativas para mejorar la productividad y expectativas del cliente de los procesos operativos para lograr la eficiencia de procedimientos, costos, seguridad y calidad.
- Establecer un plan de eficiencia de los procesos de negocio.
- Desarrollar y documentar las secuencias de procesos estándar tanto en la gestión comercial de equipos, servicios y repuestos. Así como la gestión operativa, de asistencia técnica, contratos y talleres. SOP, Standarized Operational Procedures; basado en la metodología Lean.
- Capacitar y actuar como gestor del cambio y mentor frente a los empleados, persuadiendo y resolviendo problemas relacionados con la estandarización de procesos, mejorando el cómo piensan y actúan los mismos.
- Facilitar y dirigir eventos y proyectos basados en herramientas Lean: 5S, JIT, VSM, TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, entre otros; estableciendo un control de metas y objetivos.
- Definir, asegurar y mantener los sistemas y medios de control de proyectos, control financiero de las iniciativas Lean implementadas en el área.
- Dar soporte técnico a las áreas de EHS, Clientes, Procesos Técnicos y Mantenimiento relacionados a la estandarización de procesos.
- Reportar periódicamente las tareas y resultados de proyectos y procesos implementados en el área; participando en charlas y reuniones.
- Recopilar y presentar resúmenes de eventos Lean, lecciones aprendidas e impactos importantes para la mejora continua.
- En los procesos de taller, esto es reparación y mantenimiento, maximizar la rentabilidad de los componentes reconstruidos basado en la Metodología Lean.
SU PERFIL:
- Experiência laboral en el cargo: Mínimo de
3 años. - Titulo profesional en Mecánica, civil Industrial, electricidad, Mantenimiento, Etc
