Nuestro cliente busca un Analista Contable con formación universitaria completa en Contabilidad y al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, preferiblemente en empresas del sector Financiero
El candidato ideal será organizado, autónomo en la ejecución de tareas y poseerá habilidades analíticas destacadas, además de ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión. Se requiere un nivel intermedio-avanzado de MS Office y un nivel básico-intermedio de inglés. Entre los conocimientos específicos necesarios se encuentran los valores corporativos, principios de liderazgo, normativas de seguridad y salud, así como las políticas e instructivos del Grupo.
- Formación universitaria completa en Contabilidad.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años desempeñando puestos similares y/o desarrollando funciones afines, preferiblemente en empresas del sector Financiero.
- Organizado y planificado, autónomo en la ejecución de tareas, con alta habilidad analítica.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Nivel intermedio-avanzado de MS Office.
- Nivel básico-intermedio de inglés.
- Conocimientos de valores corporativos, principios de liderazgo, principios SH (Safety, Health), normas legales locales, políticas e instructivos del Grupo, y producto de la compañía
- Experiencia en la preparación y entrega oportuna de material de auditoría externa e interna.
- Habilidad para cuadrar cuentas de portafolio mensualmente, detectar desviaciones y realizar análisis de cuentas contables relacionadas con el portafolio y recursos humanos.
- Destreza en la preparación y carga de reportes de cierre en HFM.
- Competencia en el archivo correcto y oportuno de la documentación contable, siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
