Descripción

Únete al equipo de Institucional líder de la industria como Técnico/a de Servico. Nuestra división está enfocada en la venta de soluciones y productos integrales para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes en todas las industrias de servicios de alimentos y hotelería

Actividades:

  • Ejecutar encuestas de estrategia de servicio, verificaciones de procesos e informes a través de:
  • Consultar con el cliente sobre aspectos químicos, técnicas y de aplicación, así como sobre la optimización de los sistemas)
  • Ejecutar pruebas de campo, informes y capacitación
  • Establecer, verificar y documentar los planes de higiene y sus parámetros a través de visitas regulares de los clientes
  • Asistir a las necesidades del cliente
  • Instalar y reparar el equipo en la planta del cliente
  • Asegurar los objetivos de mantenimiento de la máquina de equipo establecidos por el cliente
  • Apoyar la introducción de nuevos programas y conceptos de servicio a los clientes
  • Lograr métricas de seguridad mensuales e ingresar datos de seguridad en el sistema de la compañía
  • Establecer nuevas formas de mejorar el servicio
  • Proporcionar recomendaciones relacionadas con los estándares de seguridad y el protocolo
  • Establecer y llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos instalados en cliente
  • Organizar y optimizar de manera efectiva las actividades programadas.

Requisitos:

  • Certificado de escuela secundaria: Técnico/a Electromecánico
  • Experiência trabajando en un rol de servicio técnico ligado a la instalación y mantención de máquinas Lavavajillas y dosificadores que requieren conexión gasfitería y eléctrica.
  • Licencia de Conducir Clase B vigente, con al menos 4 años de antigüedad.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar con Art 2
  • Residir en Santiago o alredores (Excluyente)
  • Contar con Disponibilidad de realizar viajes.

Deseable contar con:

  • Conocimiento / aptitud en electricidad, sistemas mecánicos
  • Título de 2 años en campos mecánicos, eléctricos o electromecánicos (o similar)
  • Conocimiento de MS Office, incluidos Excel y Word.
