Typical responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Evaluating the best cost estimating methods, planning and cost control capabilities for the preparation and execution of capital projects
  • Acting as an advisory and supports the technical/procurement project manager to deliver projects within schedule and budget
  • Projecting cost estimation for entire lifecycle, handling project costs, control and planning
  • Reporting on the performance of the estimates and to evaluate pre
- and post-cost estimate and spend to provide better judgements

  • Coordinating professional proposals, value engineering ideas, claims or budgets, value analysis, and consolidating system level sunk cost

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or correlated areas.
  • Experience in controlling, accounting and insights delivery.
  • Desired work experience in accounting, cost, finance areas.
  • Good investigative skills including the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with issues creatively and achieve businessfocused solutions.
  • Good organizational skills and experience working in a high volume and inspiring professional environment with a capacity to prioritize, multitask, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customerfocused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (power point, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with SAP.
