The role of Marketing Clinical Diagnostics LATAM Manager involves developing and executing Customer Marketing strategies for the Diagnostic Division in the LATAM region.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Create and execute a Customer Marketing strategy for Clinical Diagnostics in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and third-party providers to devise Strategic and Regional Marketing plans.
  • Support global value proposition communication for the Clinical Diagnostic business line.
  • Develop regional content and promotional materials, and train local resources to meet specific needs.
  • Engage in Sales Training and courses related to Clinical Diagnostics.
  • Lead local product launches in coordination with other departments.
  • Plan and support regional and local events for Clinical Diagnostics.
  • Address specific Customer Marketing needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Regional Sales Managers, Distributors, and Country Managers.
  • Travel approximately 45% of the time for local and international customer visits and events.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field. A Marketing postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Minimum three years of sales or marketing experience in clinical diagnostics or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Marketing plan development and execution.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, teamwork, and results orientation.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
