Acerca del rol:


El propósito de este rol es planificar con un criterio experto, entre el corto y mediano plazo, incorporando las oportunidades para maximizar los resultados, y dar seguimiento a los planes de producción planta de Cátodos (Corto Plazo), cumpliendo con el presupuesto de producción, promoviendo la cultura de seguridad de BHP y siguiendo nuestra carta de valores.


Principales
Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de revisar y validar inputs de corto plazo para procesos de planificación de planes bisemanales.
  • Generar, validar y entregar plan bisemanal de Producción Planta Cátodos, incluyendo plan de producción para las áreas de apilamiento, ripios y área húmeda, habilitadores del plan, consumos de agua e insumos críticos.
  • Apoyar en validación de inputs, generación y validación de corto plazo para procesos de planificación de planes mensuales y full forecast.
  • Participar activamente en las reuniones de coordinación de las áreas Operativas, Mantenimiento y de Planificación Corto / Mediano Plazo.
  • Generar la interfaz de comunicación e información de los turnos corto plazo y mediano plazo.
  • Manejo de los requerimientos de consumo de agua, ácido y optimizaciones en función del plan de producción.
  • Manejo de riesgos y oportunidades a los forecast mensuales y full forecast:
  • Detectar y gestionar oportunamente los impactos de las desviaciones reales respecto del plan en el corto plazo (Manejo de riesgos)
  • Incorporar en los procesos de planificaciones las oportunidades y mejoras entregadas por equipo de Control de procesos Planta y Metalurgia (Manejo de Oportunidades)
  • Controlar cumplimientos de los planes bisemanales y administrar las desviaciones durante los procesos de planificación, siendo esto un nuevo input para el siguiente proceso de planificación
  • Responsable de la implementación de nuevos software que permitan simular la planificación de la planta (Metsim u otro)

Acerca de usted:

  • Estudios / Formación:
  • Ingeniero Civil Metalúrgico/Ingeniero Civil Químico
  • Experiência y Competencias Técnicas:
  • Al menos 3 años en cargos de metalurgia o planificación de proceso de Lixiviación
  • Conocimiento de las principales variables operaciones que afecten al proceso de área seca (apilamientoripio), área húmeda en lixiviación de óxidosmixtossulfuros, SX, EW
  • Experiência comprobada en procesos de lixiviación de Cu
  • Uso avanzado de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiência en trabajos con equipos multidisciplinarios (mina, mantención, operación plantas, metalurgia)
  • Comprobada capacidad para manejar equipos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad de análisis estadístico
  • Licencia de conducir clase B
  • Idiomas:
  • Inglés intermedio.
