Normalización. Esperamos que pueda colaborar en el cobro y gestión de nuestra cartera más critica

Vas a tener la oportunidad de
:

  • Apoyar en el orden, gestión y ser un ejemplo de la cultura Xepelin.
  • Tener control de cartera de casos asignado a su nombre.
  • Trabajar colaborativamente con las área de collections (cobranzas) y legal.
  • Reportar a líder de área el avance de su cartera y recaudación mensual.
  • Cumplir con las metas mensuales de cobrabilidad entregadas por el líder.



¿Qué te hará tener éxito?:

  • Tener alguna experiência en cobranza o administrativo en alguna empresa financiera o similar.
  • Manejo de excel básico o superior.
  • Pasión por Xepelin y los nuevos desafíos que tengamos.
  • No tener miedo a tomar decisiones y liderar proyectos.
  • Trabajo proactivo, ordenado y responsable.

  • Conocimientos legales o cobranza prejudicial.
  • Poder de negociación.
  • Capacidad para pensar en grande y desarrollar iniciativas con impacto real y medible, buscando siempre mejoras de procesos.
