Gerencia de Tecnología de una importante empresa productora y comercializadora de productos bebestibles de se encuentra en búsqueda de profesionales especialistas con el perfil de DevSecOps.


Sus funciones:


Sea un miembro proactivo del equipo de seguridad que impulsa esfuerzos de seguridad complejos para proyectos internos y externos para la organización y sus filiales.

Promover el diseño, desarrollo e implementaciones de soluciones tecnológicas modernas y seguras tanto cloud native como modelo tradicional

Liderar la toma de decisiones de seguridad en el ciclo de desarrollo de software, incluida la identificación, la planificación y la aplicación de conceptos y principios avanzados de seguridad.

Dar visibilidad a los equipos de los recursos y plataformas definidos a nível corporativo, y obtener feedback respecto a su utilización y oportunidades de mejora.

Definir qué técnicas modernas de desarrollo de aplicaciones se debe usar, incluidas pruebas automatizadas, reutilización de código y gestión pipeline de CI/CD.

Apoyar el proceso de aseguramiento de la información en una función técnica mediante el cumplimiento de controles técnicos, listas de verificación técnicas, etc.

Abogar por seguridad como experto en la materia en la organización y sus filiales y mantener debates en temas de seguridad impulsando la automatización cuando sea necesario mejorando el Time-To-Market con seguridad End-To-End.

Proporcione a los equipos de ingeniería, desarrolladores y células, asesoramiento de seguridad bien investigados para demostrar vulnerabilidades, colaborar con todos los equipos para proporcionar una guía de desarrollo segura.

Realizar modelos de amenazas y coordinar pruebas de penetración, seguridad de datos, DevSecOps, gestión de vulnerabilidades y obtener métricas de seguridad.

Establecer una estrategia técnica para DevSecOps (DevOps, Centro de soporte, Ciberseguridad) e impulsar una cultura de innovación continua dentro del equipo mejorando el ciclo de entrega seguro.

Desarrollar, mantener y actualizar periódicamente la hoja de ruta técnica (marco de entrega unificado) y garantizar un enfoque coherente para el seguimiento de la calidad de los entregables en todo el equipo.

Garantizar que los resultados del equipo DevSecOps se comunican internamente y se reconozcan en el ámbito global; impulsar eventos educativos y de intercambio de conocimientos.

Brindar asesoramiento técnico experto y orientación sobre asuntos relacionados con DevSecOps y SDLC a clientes internos y externos, lo que influye en el uso exitoso de productos y servicios complejos

Apoyar a los líderes de soluciones globales y ayudar a los clientes a aclarar sus requisitos, contribuir a preparar y respaldar ofertas y propuestas de valor.


Requisitos:

Experiência/Conocimiento DevOps (Git, CI/CD y Deployment).
Experiência/Conocimiento DevSecOps (SCA, SAST y DAST).
Conocimientos Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experiência en desarrollo bajo principios Cloud native.
Experiência en desarrollo seguro y herramientas de escaneo automatizado de vulnerabilidades.
Conocimientos de seguridad en contenedores (K8s y SWARM).
Experiência en equipos con cultura ágil o scrum.
