What the Role Delivers

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Latin American Commercial Director to provide insights into the performance of their respective business. Communicating those results back to corporate
• Reporting sales performance to internal management and members of the commercial team
• Maintaining KPI's for the respective region
• Revenue forecasting and consistent contact with commercial team members to understand market metrics and performance
• Develop and lead regional updates monthly, which includes updates on latest forecast and the financial impact it has on the business, collaborating with Operations on S&OP processes, overview of KPI's, etc.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CRM system and use the information within the system to drive field force effectiveness. Assist other members of the team and across departments on using the system as needed
• Lead the Operating Plan development and budget process to clearly define the opportunities in our business through market insights, setting strategy aligned to the insights and outlining tactics to support profitable growth
• Develop an understanding of reporting tools such as Power BI, BPC, SalesForce, etc. to promote automation of standard reporting packages used for internal meetings.
• Work with the finance department to understand the drivers on expense items and identify opportunities to reduce cost

What the Job Requires

• Bachelors Degree with a focus in Business Administration
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 35 years in a Commercial Operations/Revenue Operations role preferred
• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed workforce
• Team player with strong values and behaviors

What to Have Done and Know How to Do

• Highly structured and processoriented with strong commitment to quality and timelines
• Proven track record in successfully and efficiently delivering complex projects
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.) and Power BI. Proficient with CRM (SalesForce), SAP, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
• Strong data analysis skills: capable of using analytic insights to drive action plans
• Data presentation skills: production of actionable, easily digestible summaries and insights
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information to different stakeholder groups and levels of the organization

Local Details

• Based in Brazil, Chile or Remote in the region (flexibility to travel approx. 15% annually). Able to work easily with colleagues in the U.S. Eastern/Central time zone
