Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Execute the Global Omnichannel Strategy locally and ensure consistent execution across channels and in Country sub-units (where applicable).- Key Responsibilities

  • Align the direction of the Market objectives with the country and wholesale KPIs to potentialize results across strategic accounts, and ensure construction towards ONE LAM objectives.
  • Execute the ONE LAM Omnichannel calendar with a consolidated approach across categories in WHS Activation to guarantee aligned strategies, consistent implementation, and presence towards our creators.
  • Influence execution of the SWB (Wholesale on/offline) locally and in country subunits for MWB control.
  • Distribute Market Wholesale Marketing tools to the Country to steer the execution in accordance with them.
  • Deliver appropriate channel activation sellintools at Sales Launch period to help the Sales team maximize the presales result.
  • Manage resources (Space planning, merchandising tools, roll out plan) to guarantee optimal execution at POS.
  • Provide feedback to Accounts on performance/requirement of tools to ensure flawless and impactful execution at Wholesale level.
  • Develop Leaders and Manage Talents to grow talents from within and train future successors.
  • Generate a framework for performance to set clear expectations with the team.
  • Brief and manage internal and/or external resources for creating locally needed category specific marketing tools (Exceptional).
  • Foster collaboration and customer relationship through ongoing communication, plan revisions, business analysis and recommendations geared to improve set KPIs within the Key Account.
  • Establish regular Trade Marketing best practice sharing with other countries in LAM.
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems
  • Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • 7 years experience in related fields as Trade Marketing, Retail or Consumer Goods Industry
  • As manager of Experts 0 2 years management experience required
  • As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
  • As manager of anual budget minimum of 2 years management experience required
