Supervisa al equipo de ingenieros y técnicos de su unidad de servicios, coordina y distribuye sus actividades, y confirma que se cumplan los estándares y da mentoría técnica y operacional para lograr el mejor rendimiento del equipo de trabajo.
Es responsable por mantener el equilibrio requerido por capacidades, calidad y costos, velando por la satisfacción de los clientes asi como por la rentabilidad de su área de servicios.
Qualificações
Ingeniero informático con al menos 15 años de experiencia en tecnologías de información, gestión de infraestructura tecnológica de servidores, bases de datos, servidores de comunicaciones y de almacenamiento. Conocimiento de tecnologías on premise y cloud públicas, privadas e híbridas.
Manejo de español e inglés.
Orientación a servicios, buena comunicación verbal y escrita, capacidad de entendimiento de las necesidades de negocios de los clientes para trasladarlas a soluciones de servicios tecnológicos.
Experiencia y entendimiento avanzado de las prácticas y técnicas de servicios gestionados de tecnología.
Experiencia de gestión de servicios con clientes, contratos de largo plazo, generación de upselling y renovaciones.
