About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our engineering function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems
- Manage tickets of high complexity, conduct advanced and complicated tasks, and provide resolution to a diverse range of complex problems
- Apply analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions
- Work across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and/or Collaboration
- Contribute to/support on project work as and when required
Requirements:
- Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure
- Seasoned experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organisation
- Seasoned working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Seasoned experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
