We are searching the best talent for a "Sales Supervisor" (Ethicon) to be in Santiago, Chile.

Sales supervisor will be responsible for:
The sales supervisor is responsible for properly qualifying opportunities and strategic market planning. This will require preparing formal proposals, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections.

He/she needs to maintain a strong knowledge of business and medical technology initiatives and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a consistent manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build selling strategies and action plans; follow up on their implementation.
  • Define promotional strategies and its implementation within the Sales Force.
  • Assure collections accomplishment in the assigned territory, provide support and follow up on collections for each Sales Representative.
  • Interact continuously with clients to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Plan and follow up on sales activities for Sales Representatives.
  • Responsible for People Management processes and results within the reporting working team (participate in selection processes, provide Orientation to new hires, define responsibilities and objectives to persons supervised, participate in the Performance Management Process, provide opportunities for development and training, provide effective recognition and monitor compensation levels. Cultivate teambuilding and communication across his/her team).

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Education level required: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Commercial engineering, Marketing, Healthcare related Degree, or similar.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in Sales or Sales & Marketing experience.
  • Required experience: experience in multinational companies. Medical Devices experience is desirable.
  • Required skills: Leading & Managing projects/people; Customer Oriented Innovation; Decision Making; Planning and Organizing; Building a Strategic business relationships; Customer oriented.
  • Language: English intermediate / advanced
  • 50% of Travel percentage
