Position Overview:
El cargo tiene como finalidad la coordinación y operativización de todas las actividades relacionadas con la operación y mantenimiento de la flota Caterpillar y la Autonomía en camiones Ultraclass, velando por el cumplimiento de la propuesta de valor, en relación al cumplimiento de los plazos para el mantenimiento de los equipos, entrega de repuestos, manejo de inventarios, etc., a ser gestionados bajo procedimientos que deben considerar e integrar las etapas de Operación y Cierre de los proyectos.
Gestionar las comunicaciones con el cliente y dentro de la organización, Liderar la transferencia de conocimiento dentro de la organización, identificando y desarrollando metodologías, mejores prácticas y estándares en la gestión de proyectos y desarrollando y gestionando políticas, procedimientos, plantillas y otra documentación compartida de proyectos (activos de los procesos de la organización).
Job Description:
The objective of the position is the fulfillment in time, form and quality of all processes and procedures to ensure the superior performance of the Autonomous Technology and the equipment of the Caterpillar Fleet.
Ensure processes and monitoring of the procedures of cality in assembly and commissioning of the Autonomous teams, delivering the documentation required for the process of billing and recognition of the sale.
Main Results- They are responsible for controlling compliance with the Processes and Procedures related to the operations and maintenance of Caterpillar equipment (Arming, Operational Testing, Transport and Calibrations), according to the configuration defined and agreed with the customers by the Product Managers of the Product lines.- Coordinate with the areas of Product Support, Operations, Technology and Logistics, the implementation of the services to be provided on site in relation to the Maintenance of Equipment Fleets and A utonomy, as well as the supply of spare parts and components in accordance with what is contractually established with customers.- Coordinate in accordance with the contractually established, and with the support of Caterpillar and the leadership of Supply Chain, the way in which the inventory of components and spare parts to support the fleet will be controlled in relation to mechanical, electrical and autonomy issues.- Coordinates and ensures compliance with the monthly delivery of progress reports to customers according to the progress of the project in implementation.
These reports should consider:
Performance, Productivity, Service Level, Presenteeism of the Endowment on Site, CPT and others to be defined by the Performance areas.- Actively participates in the coordination and compliance with the measurements and reports of activities related to the management of safety, occupational health, environment and quality, in a timely manner.
Formal Minimum Education:
University Professional of one of the specialties of Engineering or equivalent, in terms of his experience with a high and demonstrable understanding and understanding of the functions and roles of coordination of activities led by a Project Manager, with demonstrated ability to carry out projects, in terms of the control of the s stages of execution and monitoring of the activities of the same, covering areas of operations, human resources, supplies (supply), planning and control, risk and finance with proven experience in methodologies (Lean or agile) of quality and elaboration of procedures, with at least 3 years of experience as PMO's in mining companies or large mining suppliers.
Specific Knowledge:
- 100% Bilingual (inglés). Mandatory is the mastery of the oral and written English language. Knowledge in the development, coordination and implementation of transversal projects and strategic actions in multinational companies with a regional presence. Knowledge of policies, procedures and processes in corporate companies. Knowledge in information systems, resources and organizational competencies for management. Management of risk prevention and environmental care variables.
