Important responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate revenue, expense, and capital expenditure forecasts.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.
  • Monitor and report budgettoactual variances, investigating and explaining significant discrepancies.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business proposals, and investment decisions.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support management's decisionmaking process.
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and executive teams.
  • Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting templates to enhance visibility and transparency.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess potential outcomes.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various assumptions on financial projections.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 37 years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience with global clients.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in financial planning software and tools, such as SAP/SAC is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • CapIQ, Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet.
