PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:


Responsable de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de la sede de Finlandia para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar el diseño del sistema de red y automatización para los proyectos de los clientes, según las necesidades del proyecto para su implementación, siendo responsable de apoyar en los aspectos técnicos al usuario final y/o en la resolución de problemas.

Interactuando con el cliente para desarrollar o sugerir mejoras en las comunicaciones entre equipos e infraestructura de red, con enfoque en la optimización del proceso completo de producción del cliente, reportando a gerencia las soluciones implementadas y/o desviaciones.


FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Diseñar las redes, sistemas y trabajos de puesta en marcha de máquinas, instalación y configuración de elementos relacionados con la red, configuración de la sala de control para la puesta en marcha de redes y sistemas, en la implementación de proyectos nuevos como de servicios.
  • Planificar, liderar y ejecutar el diseño de redes subterráneas complejas para la implementación de tecnologías de automatización.
  • Prestar apoyo, soporte técnico y de capacitación a los usuarios de los equipos y al personal interno Sandvik.
  • Consolidar el sistema de redes en minas subterránea.
  • Monitorear los dispositivos de red (ap, wlc, routers, switch, servidores), para realizar inventario, ciclo de vida y generar planes de actualizacionesrenovaciones.
  • Supervisar la integración de redes Sandvik con sistemas de comunicación de cliente y/o viceversa.
  • Optimizar el tráfico de datos entre equipos autónomos y Access Point para los sistemas de comunicación de cliente y/o viceversa.
  • Generar informes técnicos de productos de su especialidad por visitas realizadas, detallando intervenciones en las redes existentes para la implementación de las soluciones Automation, evaluaciones, mejoras sugeridas e informar al Gerente, con sus respectivos costos si aplica.
  • Proporcionar a los Gerentes o Jefes de Servicio de Sandvik, la información necesaria para permitir mejoras en las soluciones y/o su funcionamiento.
  • Prestar asistencia en la recopilación de datos esenciales para procesar los reclamos de garantía y mejoras en la ingeniería de las soluciones Automation.
  • Gestionar proveedores OEM.
  • Revisar las recomendaciones de repuestos para proyectos, contratos o solicitudes específicas de cliente con el BLM Automation.

Perfil:

  • Título de Ingeniería en redes y sistemas.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en cargos similares de Redes de comunicaciones.
  • Inglés Avanzado (excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en las diferentes regiones del país y fuera del país.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B
