We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager - Partnerships & Direct Marketing to join our Chile ́ Team.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

  • You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events and organizations in Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • You initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks and negotiate the mutually beneficial conditions.
  • You take full ownership of our direct marketing activities (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • You take active part in the yearly budget and revenue planning.
  • You work in close alignment with our Brand and Commercial Development teams.
  • Challenge Flix's businessasusual to ensure Chile's gotomarket success, considering local adaptations.
  • Develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in Chile.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote Flixbus services.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Flixbus' overall marketing strategy
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

  • 23 years' work experience preferably in a similar role (partnerships, offline or startup marketing)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions.
  • You are a selfstarter and able to work proactively and independently as the wider team is based in multiple locations
  • High social, communication and negotiation skills
  • High focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • You have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box
  • Fluent in English and fluent or native Spanish
