Descripción de responsabilidades

  • Apoyo a nuestros clientes con permanente presencia en las plantas industriales.
  • Desarrollar oportunidades de negocios en el área de servicios en relación a todos los repuestos de consumo y desempeño
  • Coordinación y seguimiento del correcto funcionamiento de los acuerdos de repuestos.
  • Revisar y mantener actualizado listado de base instalada de equipos por cliente.
  • Brindar asistencia técnica para ayudar a los ingenieros o al equipo de ventas y a los clientes a vender e implementar con éxito soluciones de productos o servicios
  • Revisar las cotizaciones para los clientes para cumplir con sus requisitos técnicos y expectativas;
  • Apoyar las ventas y el canal de distribución y atender oportunamente el manejo de reclamos
  • Servir de enlace con los ingenieros de soporte de ventas y la gestión de productos para garantizar que los productos y servicios se modifiquen, configuren e instalen de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Seguir el ciclo completo de planificación y ejecución de la planificación y estrategia anual de repuestos según sea la necesidad de nuestros clientes.
  • Seguimiento a cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega de los repuestos.
  • Elaborar informes de los repuestos con no cumple con la calidad y hacer seguimiento asegurando prontas resoluciones de los problemas de calidad.
  • Mantener informado continuamente sobre el estado de los repuestos a su jefatura, líneas de negocio y cliente.
  • Participar en actividades de planificación y coordinación de entregas de los repuestos para las paradas generales.
  • Estar presente en las paradas generales de las plantas y coordinar entrega, distribución y reposición de repuestos necesarios para las actividades de servicios.
  • Coordinar soluciones in situ a problemas relacionados a las entregas de los repuestos durante las paradas generales.
Requisitos necesarios para el desempeño de las actividades

  • Ingeniero de Ejecución Mecánico o formación equivalente.
  • 35 años de experiência mínima en cargo equivalente
  • Inglés intermedio o superior
  • Office nível usuario
