Tractebel Chile is looking for an experienced Product Line who is energic, autonomy, has an outgoing personality, and is capable in presenting him or herself in a professional manner.

Responsible for the sales of engineering services to customers/clients in Chile and other Latin American Countries.

YOUR FUNCTION
Reporting to the Managing director of Tractebel Chile, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the economic and operational results of the T&D unit defined in the budget of the Business Unit within its competence including backlog, billing, cost control, overhead, investment and cash generation, to ensure control of the business.
  • Manage your work team, by monitoring people management activities, evaluating the performance of professionals, according to the established methodology, seeking to reduce technical and behavioral gaps, as well as develop internal and succession planning. the high potential of the Business Unit within its competence, aiming to contribute to the motivation and retention of professionals and in the fulfillment of human resources plans and policies.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and preparation of contracts, making quarterly reviews of contracts or relevant facts, to ensure the evolution of the business.
  • Analyze the commercial results of the product line of its operations, contributing to the elaboration of the Business Plan for the definition of market analysis, sales targets and proposal success rate, aiming at maintaining the commercial coherence in the operations control.
  • Develop business strategies, observing market evolution, identifying opportunities and collecting relevant information, aiming to contribute to business expansion;
  • Establish and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems procedures, including engineering, technological and administrative solutions that minimize the impacts on project quality, health, safety, and environment. which we are involved in, continually monitoring results to improve the performance of these processes;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills
  • Must possess effective communication and writing skills
  • Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively
  • Ability to negotiate and dialogue with clients/customers
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
