Customer Success Manager Chile

Position Overview

The Customer Success Manager is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth by continuously optimizing performance and improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong social and analytical skills, managing customer relationships and agreements from start to finish. They will develop strategies to support customer growth and maximize value. The Customer Success Manager will also serve as the primary Unilode representative for designated airports, working to drive enhancements with customers, GHAs, and stakeholders to improve ULD visibility, availability, and turn-around times.

General Responsibilities

  • Focus on customer P&L to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Aim for operational excellence and customer success.
  • Manage client chargeable stock needs monthly.
  • Present monthly KPI reviews and quarterly business reviews to customers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and performance updates.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Engage in business case processes for customers.
  • Oversee ULD purchase acquisitions, when applicable.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary studies in Business, Engineering, or Aviation Management.
  • Leadership, Commercial, or Customer Management experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Airline Customers and their needs.
  • Preferably experienced in Aviation & Logistics planning.
  • Experience with third-party partners is advantageous.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Success in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quick learner for IT applications.
  • Willingness to travel.
