Objetivos:

  • El desarrollador líder técnico debe tener un alto nível de conocimiento técnico en el desarrollo de software, así como habilidades de liderazgo natural. Esto incluye ser responsable de un equipo de desarrolladores para garantizar el éxito técnico de la entrega de software en áreas relacionadas con emisión de tarjetas, seguridad bancaria, tokenización, sistemas de pago en línea, pagos con tarjetas con chip Visa, MasterCard, AMEX y Carte Bleue, entre otros. Como líder, debe infundir impulso y apoyar el desarrollo continuo de las habilidades de su equipo.
  • También serás responsable de la codefinición y codiseño técnico de varios proyectos. Analizar todos los requisitos, restricciones y prioridades a través de planes de trabajo creados por usted para el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar el éxito general de cualquier proyecto.

Habilidades:

  • Debe tener al menos 4 años de experiência como desarrollador y 2 años de experiência como Tech Lead.
  • Java / Spring Boot / Javascript / C ++ / C # /.NET / Angular / Maven / Ansible / Jenkins / SQL / MongoDB / Openstack / Terraform
  • Idiomas: Español fluido e inglés avanzado
  • Grado de ingeniero o master en informática, electrónica, telemática, telecomunicaciones u otra area relevante a la industria (excluyente).
