Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative strategies to attract talent at both national and international levels, including hunting methodology for key positions.
- Direct and develop the talent attraction and selection team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct market studies to identify trends in talent attraction and best global practices.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and other institutions to enhance the recruitment of emerging talent.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent attraction and selection strategies.
- Manage the budget for the talent attraction and selection area, ensuring efficient resource use.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the Human Resources area, with a strong focus on talent attraction and selection. Demonstrable experience in implementing hunting strategies.
- Languages: Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher), with the ability to conduct international selection processes.
- Skills: Leadership, team management, analytical skills, proactivity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, resultsoriented, and ability to work under pressure.
Location:
Santiago, with availability for travel abroad
Team: 6 members (2 Recruiters and 4 Selection Analysts).
