Job Description:

The Accounting Analyst will be working with the Finance Manager.


Will work to provide a high level of financial support to members of designated areas in all aspects of budget management, costing, year-end audit preparation and other special projects as required.


Qualifications:

Education/experience:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years' experience_ _working in a similar position.
  • Experienced working with Chilean finance matters (experience in other LATAM countries is a plus).
  • Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experienced using Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assist with the posting of journals into our accounting system.
  • Assist with the review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist with month end accounting and reporting
  • Assist with analysis and running reports from accounting system such as project reviews.
  • Assist with delivering intercompany process.
  • Ensure that invoices are issued and delivered to customers in a timely manner, including loading to client portals where necessary.
  • Review expense claims, returning them for correction if errors are discovered.
  • Collect expenses and invoices for approval, send to outsourcing and organize payment list.
  • Capture credit card, expense claims, purchase invoices and sales invoices into FMS.
  • Collate list of expenses and invoices for debit notes charged back to client.
  • Assist with updating other reports such as cashflow forecast
