ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of IT, Apply Digital is seeking an Information Technology Analyst who is enthusiastic about expanding their skills by supporting, designing, and implementing global IT systems to empower our teams in delivering digital solutions. This position is based in our Santiago Office. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and improving the systems and tools utilized by our teams.
- Providing intelligent and empathetic support to users, handling a variety of requests from managing identity platforms to hardware procurement.
- Managing user accounts and application access across various cloud platforms.
- Assisting with hardware inventory, software licensing, and troubleshooting macOS issues.
- Collaborating with the Service Desk team to ensure smooth helpdesk operations.
- Supporting People Ops with onboarding/offboarding and office logistics.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for IT and user guides.
- Evaluating new vendors and technologies, and planning and implementing solutions to address business needs.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Desire to learn, mentor, and share expertise within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and troubleshoot effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and partners.
- Self-motivated individual with strong prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic start-up setting.
- Versatility to assist across various technical areas.
- Preferably experienced in Mac OS environments.
