Facilities Manager

Requisitos:

  • Estudios Técnicos o Profesionales carreras afines. +2 años de experiência en servicios de Facilities.
  • Se requiere competencias en Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés avanzado, capacidad de comunicación.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, servicio al cliente y negociación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de la administración de oficinas en sitio de cliente corporativo.
  • A cargo del mantenimiento y servicios en las instalaciones.
  • Manejo y control de proveedores asegurando un servicio desde el levantamiento, seguimiento y mantención de cumplimiento de los servicios.
  • Gestión de contratos con el fin de asegurar las condiciones óptimas en formalización y legalidad requerida.
  • Responsable de elaborar presupuestos llevando el control, KPIs e informes presupuestarios.
  • Actúa como enlace entre CBRE y cliente corporativo para asegurar la operación de Facilities Management.
  • Supervisar la programación de los servicios de mantenimiento, operaciones y gestión comercial.
  • Se pueden agregar otros.
