APPLY is a hybrid/remote-friendly CX partner serving global brands. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will triage and resolve IT issues for enterprise clients, ensuring platform reliability and strong customer care across SaaS e-commerce platforms.
You will work with the Managed Services team, handling weekend night shifts (12 hours) across Fri–Sun on a rotating schedule, while collaborating with vendor support teams and maintaining clear Jira communications.
