This role is for a partner agency in the healthcare industry, specializing in providing high-quality wellness and respiratory health products. The company focuses on developing affordable, innovative solutions that support customer well-being.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive external traffic to e-commerce shops (Amazon links included).
  • Identify and collaborate with blogs, websites, and digital publishers to feature our products.
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze traffic data and conversion rates to refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and new traffic-driving opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to maximize marketing impact and efficiency.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally driving external traffic to Amazon product pages.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, content partnerships, and digital PR.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and collaborations.
  • Social media marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
