We will count on you to:

  • Facilitate communications across business functions and resolves problems when required to ensure that issues encountered by team members are resolved efficiently throughtout the value chain.
  • Oversee the quality of communications to manage client and internal areas across the organization as well as develop strong relationships with carriers to negotiate client solutions.
  • Implement initiatives to refine existing processes and procedures, as required, driving ownership of outcomes to reinforce desired business objectives.
  • Oversee day to day operational activity of the team and monitors workflow managing and prioritizing own and teams workload to maintain service standards and high quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the complaints management system and manages/addresses escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.
  • Ensure the Fiduciary Operations metrics meets the Business objectives, influencing all the drivers & stakeholders that affect the results upstream and downstream.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelorâs degree or equivalent.
  • Solid work experience (8-10+ years) in related roles (Insurance operations, premium collection operations, Project management in Operations) preferably in large multinational companies dedicated to financial, Insurance, reinsurance or brokerage services with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills. 
  • Solid experience managing teams driving extraordinary results in a very demanding environment.
  • Be able to streamline the premium collection process and methods to sustain operations and achieve profitability while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Client service orientation, focusing efforts to consistently meet their needs and requirements.
  • Strong leadership, strategic vision and communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and work collaboratively in a matrixed structure with challenging stakeholders like the Business, Billing & Controllership teams.
  • Design, define and manage the indicators and metrics of the operation (analytics, processes, quality, KPIâs).
  • Solid and proven experience implementing and guaranteeing Operation and processesâ effectiveness.
  • Advanced level of Databases (Excel: Macros | Access) to keep track of the Operation effectiveness.
  • Experience designing and implementing transformational projects as a result of Operation improvement opportunitiesâ analysis.
  • Solid experience planning resources, workflows and monitoring team activities.
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • Native Spanish Speaker and Advanced level of English
