Summary:The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technical, to lead the integration of scientific research, product development, and commercialization within our Supply Chain and Technical Operations. This key role will focus on driving innovation while ensuring compliance and quality within company and governmental standards. If you are passionate about developing programs that reflect our commitment to our communities, employees, and consumers, and are adept at guiding operational teams through projects from inception to commercialization, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do for Us:
Lead the operational implementation of Global Quality, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability’s Quality by Design and Risk Identification Tools for manufacturing capacity addition. Drive efficiency in project execution by partnering with technical operations, supply chain, and bottling teams to facilitate long-range volume delivery. Establish QSEbD (Quality, Safety & Environmental Sustainability by design) requirements within facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance from day one, directly interacting with suppliers and co-packers. Evaluate potential co-manufacturers for core product lines, ensuring they meet the company’s rigorous standards for quality, safety, and sustainability. Embed company quality, safety, and sustainability programs into manufacturing capacity addition through strategic use of tools and playbooks. Contribute to productivity initiatives, performing risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and leading validation processes that encompass all aspects of quality, safety, and environmental considerations.Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in the Technical/QSE operations within the Food & Beverage industry. Proven program management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives efficiently, establish management routines, and effectively track progress. Expertise in technical advocacy, with the ability to communicate goals and initiatives clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in program measurement, developing, assessing, and verifying methods to track program progress in alignment with set targets. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with various parties, including bottling staff, cross-functional teams, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Solid knowledge of business partners, including understanding industry trends, strategies, organizational structures, and technologies.What We'll Do for You:
