Demand & Supply Manager - South Cone

About the Role

At Essity we are looking for our Leadership Team of the Southern Cone Logistic Business, a Demand & Supply Manager , responsible for implement the roadmap of the Southern Cone region for the correct supply of finished products and be the head of all the S&OP process, and lead logistics Projects for all South Cone region.

In this role you will report to the Business Logistics Director for the Southern Cone, with 8 direct reports. From this role you will continue to develop your career in the areas of the different businesses and of our Logistics Operations.

What You Will Do

Design, implement and lead continues improvement the S&OP process in Cono SUR

Lead Import /Export planning and process

Administration and Analysis of the main KPIS (MAPE, BIAS; Sell ​​in, Sell out, Fillrate, OTIF, ON)

Create a Cross functional Dashboard with manufacturing, logistics and business units

Manage collaborative forecasts with the main clients (CPFR)

Develop, analyze and interpret the Key performance metrics related to the working capital for finished products

Implement continuous improvement in working capital (Inventories of finished products)

Analyze, design and implement the best Latam Supply roadmap for the Southern Cone

Manage and lead the Rolling Demand & Supply forecast for Cono SUR

Implement continuous improvement in the reduction of import and export costs of the Southern Cone

Administration of all your staff at administrative level, vacations, taxis, medical permits, emergencies, etc.

In Comex, Operational report (orders, containers, damage), Regional BID, Control Tower Regional, Lead Time improvement, New suppliers/routes analysis¸ Cost Control & Cost report,Homologation processes (Incoterm, SAP…), Cost automation (IT), Inefficient cost analysis, IOP’s cost lead

In Logistics Projects, you need a Regional View

Develop, analyze and interpret Push & Status Quo Changes

Regional approach for continous improvement focus.

Control Regional report for Cost saving projects (Service, ESG, Cost Avoidance, Cost Saving) -> Transport & WHS

Control Capex initiatives for the region

Map ESG projects & internal logistics information (Ex. CO2)

Homologate o regional processes into the region

Who You Are

A professional, Civil Industrial Engineer o similar careers, with experience and profile to assume a management position , with more than 5 years in similar functions in multinational consumer goods companies and experience in building and leading multicultural teams .

Professional with high a nalytical capacity, holistic vision and order . Persevering, managing multiple variables and global vision.

Good level of numerical precision.

Proficiency in English will be critical to the successful development of the position and prior knowledge and experience in Power BI and Masterdata and Must have an End to End scope for sourcing and supply.

Its important that you have availability to travel
