Human Resources Management invites you to participate in a new job opportunity for the position Specialist Business Administration for Business Administration Area Chile.

The main responsibilities and tasks of the position are:

•Manage monthly close procedures to ensure cost reports are accurate and delivered on time.•Calculate accurate provisions for overhead expenses that reflect monthly cost results.•Develop annual budget and forecasts for both overhead and agent costs.•Develop annual budget and forecasts for revenue derived from local charges and Detention & Demurrage.•Oversee and improve monthly internal control processes, such as ICCL.•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the different departments to identify areas of improvement and necessary actions. •

Requirements and Qualifications:

•University Degree, Management Control, Industrial, or Commercial Engineer.•Min. 5 years experience. Specific in the Shipping Industry.•Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).•Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel. Ability to manage databases and data models.•Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make decisions based on it.•Structured and organized person, able to handle detailed processes.•Ability to work effectively under pressure and with multiple priorities simultaneously. Availability to work in Viña del Mar or in Santiago de Chile.
