We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Social Media Specialist.**

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for the development of social networks in Chile.
- Responsible for the definition of strategy, organic growth plan, the definition of KPIs, and reporting.
- Execute a strategy to increase the user base and create a community in our networks.
- Lead and optimize the work of the creative agency in the production of assets.
- Responsible for the definition of the posting schedule and for the correct execution of the plan.
- Responsible for the management and moderation of the community in our social networks. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create conversations on properties outside of our social networks.
- Develop, manage, innovate, and lead digital strategies to maximize audience performance and development.
- Translate strategies, objectives, and business goals into successful programs and campaigns using effective tactics and methodologies.
- Identify engaging digital content, new content and platform trends, and digital insights.
- Heavy consumer of sports & entertainment content and interest in it.
- Experience in the day-to-day management of various organic and paid social accounts through platforms.
- Strong track record of data analysis and strategy (Google Analytics is a plus).
- Creative and analytical profile, with strong knowledge of digital content and digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing content trends and creative assets.
- Experience in the LATAM market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
