**The Individual**:

- You are the friendly voice of PAJ, who informs our customers by telephone when their FINDER
triggers an alarm
- You remain calm and empathetic in order to support the customer to be able to support the customer
in an emergency
- You also process written customer inquiries and find uncomplicated and customer-orientated
solutions for all challenges
- You carefully take care of the maintenance of our internal data system

**We are covering 24/7 Customer Service, please find the shifts below**:
Mon - Sun 8:00-16:30
Mon - Sun 16:00-00:30
Mon - Sun 00:00-8:30
Shifts are rotating, with the shift plan known at least one month in advance.
