Right now we are looking for a **Staffing Analyst** to join our team at Globant

**You will get the chance to**:
- Manage Talent Pool ensuring internal talent readiness to meet current and future business requirements.- Validate system ́s information to facilitate matching processes.- Present internal talent and follow up actions to ensure assignments in a timely manner.- Analyse data and provide solutions to enhance business capacity.- Communicate strategies and solutions promoting clients success and company's vision.- Negotiate with internal clients to efficiently fulfill openings.- Work in close collaboration with Recruiting and internal clients.

**What will help you succeed**:
- Understanding of technical profiles would be beneficial.- Advanced English skills (writing and speaking).- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.- Achievement orientation.- Flexibility and sense of urgency.- Analytical and problem solving skills.- Negotiation skills.- Having experience in a similar position in the IT Industry.- Being a Business/HR or Psychology professional.
