**Requisitos**:

- Titulado de Ingeniería Comercial, Relaciones Comerciales o carrera afín.
- Contar con mas de 3 años de experiência en el rubro de la Seguridad Electrónica.
- Con al menos 3 años (variable dependiendo de la antigüedad) de experiência en la industria en ventas de canales de distribución y gestión de canales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, conocimiento del mercado y fuerte entrega de resultados; alto entusiasmo laboral y manejo del estrés.
- Nível de inglés intermedio (deseable).
- Proactivo, full motivado, contar con una alta capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.

Principales funciones:
1. Gestión de la estrategia de canal.

a. Desarrollar, supervisar e implementar la estrategia de canal y el soporte de servicio de canal de acuerdo con los objetivos de la empresa

b. Monitoreo dinámico de la competencia y las tendencias de la industria.

2. Desarrollo y gestión de relaciones con canales.

a. Buscar activamente nuevos objetivos de cooperación de canales, análisis de clientes potenciales y establecer planes de marketing

b. Visitas a clientes, capacitación, gestión de ventas, gestión de imágenes de tiendas

c. Comunicación oportuna y operaciones conjuntas con canales para promover las ventas de productos.

3. Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y buscar clientes mayoristas.

4. Promoción de la marca.
